Getting Your Ceremony Date
After passing interview and background check, USCIS schedules a naturalization ceremony (called 'oath ceremony'). You'll receive a letter with date and time. These typically happen monthly at local USCIS offices.

You arrive early. Sit with others becoming citizens. Judge or official presides. Everyone takes the Oath of Allegiance together. You raise your hand and swear. No individual ceremonies—it's a group event.
